For the 13th consecutive year, RE/MAX agents are the most productive in the industry. RE/MAX agents' average performance is 84% better than their closest competitor & double that of most other competitors. We outperform the competition with our knowledge, experience, & productivity. RE/MAX agents also hold more real estate experience & professional designations than other competitors.Other companies focus on growth related to how many agents they have. While those companies may have more agents than RE/MAX, 40% of those agents have not been involved in a real estate transaction in over a year. RE/MAX agents are professionals that are active in the industry.

The real estate network with the greatest market share has the most to offer. RE/MAX has already attained Premier Market Presence in area after area across North America and is growing in market share in regions around the world. The RE/MAX momentum, growth and Associate production over more than 30 years is reflected in current RE/MAX market strength. RE/MAX International is the nation’s number one real estate franchise, and the number ten franchise overall, according to Entrepreneur Magazine’s 29th Annual “Franchise 500 Survey.” RE/MAX has held the honor of the top real estate franchisor for eight of the past ten years.

In The REAL Trends 500, RE/MAX Sales Associates were also ranked the highest of all national real estate franchises, averaging 19% more transactions per agent than their closest copetitor. REAL Trends also noted that the average real estate agent in 2007 earned 7.6 transaction sides, less than half the average of RE/MAX Sales Associates.

Of all the top brokerages ranked in The REAL Trends 500, RE/MAX brokerages won 30% of the rankings, represented by 149 brokerages. This was more than any other national franchise and nearly as much as its next two competitors combined.
