Power and Associates officially presented awards to RE/MAX Chairman Dave Liniger and CEO Margret Kelly at the recent RE/MAX Broker conference 2011. The J.D. Power executives went on to explain that no other company has ever received the award for both Buyers and Sellers in the same year.  These people understood the market and how big of a challenge it has been for home sellers.
